This featured 10" Baseball/Softball is cut from 1/2" birch wood and is engraved with your customized details.
You give us the player's number, their name, the organization they play for or the team name and the season and age bracket. We will take this information and create a keepsake that will last forever!
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. Each plaque is cut, engraved, sanded smooth front and back and is packaged and shipped from our warehouse in the USA.
The plaques come with a hook hole on the back to make for easy hanging and displaying.

If ordering for one athlete, please complete the fields above.
For multiple players, please select the "Quantity" you need, the "Team Name or Organization" and complete the last field titled "Players Numbers and Names".
You will need to enter each players number followed by their name. Each athlete's information needs to be separated with a comma.
(Ex: 23 Matthew, 88 Luke, 12 Sawyer, etc)
